Her favorite work – is building and helping to develop, and grow, people, organizations, and legacies.
Having launched her first of multiple, successful ventures at age 20, she’s no stranger to hard work and relentless learning. Over nearly two decades, she’s melded wisdom and dynamic ability acquired through her work in B2B & Large Account sales training and development, M&A branding and integration, complex corporate BD strategy, and leading domestic and international marketing agencies.
With her proven success in exceeding industry averages, tripling ROI, increasing YOY organic growth, and expanding workforce through meaningful training and development, she remains hungry to win for others and share in their success.
Today, Chrissy serves Congruence’ clients and Team as Founder, CMO, and Growth Strategist. She’s a proud Iowan, and our “central time zone teammate”, residing with her family in the heart of the state, Des Moines.
SHANDRA REDWINE
Director of Digital Strategy
A business owner and entrepreneur for over 15 years, Shandra learned the ropes of digital marketing as a young business owner wearing many hats. She quickly learned the value and necessity of understanding effective digital marketing strategies for brand awareness and small business growth. She later joined the team of a Chicago based creative services firm where she expanded her knowledge into web design, project management, and prospect marketing. All the while, Shandra built a successful personal brand, monetizing her intellectual capital via course sales and social media affiliate marketing. Shandra has been featured on Good Morning America, the Rachael Ray Show, ABC News, Health Magazine and many more.
A founding partner at Congruence and a member of the leadership team, Shandra serves as the Director of Digital Strategy. She leads our digital media team in the creation of digital content strategies, specifically for the purpose of business growth, brand awareness, and personal branding and monetization.
Shandra lives in Holland, MI with husband and two sons and enjoys anything to do with outdoor adventures and lounging along the beautiful
shores of Lake Michigan.
BEN GRANT
Video Producer & Editor
As our Video Producer & Editor, Ben is the magic behind the lens and the brain powering our video production. His technical skill, artistic style, and talent for storytelling shine through his impressive work. For over 15 years, Ben has been a full-time videographer, inspired by the opportunity to connect with others and help portray their unique stories.
Having worked with clients like Toyota, WebMD, salesforce, PayPal, Belay, and North Point Church, it’s not unusual for clients to rave about his friendly demeanor, ease of process, fast turnaround, dedication to the project, and effective communication. The team enjoys Ben’s calm personality, creative mindset, and unwavering integrity.
Ben is our Southern teammate, where he and his wife Sondra and four kids call just outside Dahlonega, GA home. His hobbies include playing music in his bands and the stock market.

Executive Assistant
Dana’s eager commitment to serving others, forecasting, and supporting the needs of teammates and clients is the fundamental glue holding everything together.
Her bright, cheeky attitude elevates and lightens every interaction. As the organizational mastermind to the entire Congruence Agency and client teams - she finds joy in helping people and companies succeed.
Dana has a secret talent for pinpointing efficiencies, simplifying, and organizing EVERYTHING. Throughout her 20-year career, Dana’s been continually handpicked by successful innovators and entrepreneurs as their right hand and confidant. Her ability to weave together unmatched support, an aptitude for creating alignment and methodology in lively and complex environment is remarkable.
Today, Dana serves clients and team as our Executive Assistant and behind the scenes support. She joined our Iowa office in 2022, resides in the Des Moines metro, with her energetic family of four.
